Twins accommodate each other's behavior patterns rather nicely, since they have been doing so since conception. In utero twins become accustomed to one another's movements and activity levels as well as quiet and active times. The companionship your twins will feel by sharing a room far outweighs any potential problems. The only time you might want to separate them is if one twin is ill or has special needs.
