Kerala Taylor lives in Washington, DC with her husband Ronnie and her new daughter Zadie. By day, she valiantly toils to save play for America’s children at the national nonprofit KaBOOM!, writing its blog, Play Today, and managing online outreach. By night, she used to maintain some semblance of a life but now spends her evenings breastfeeding and watching reruns of Cheers. Back in her 20s, she co-founded Glimpse.org, a storytelling site for young adults living abroad, and published her first novel, How Things Break. She is now fruitlessly seeking an agent for her second novel, Chronicles of Spectacular Roadkill.
